30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your first paid Individual Plus or Team subscription, request a refund within 30 calendar days after your first successful payment. We will refund that initial charge in full, including applicable tax, even if you have used the service. Available once per customer or business; reactivation, additional accounts and plan changes do not restart the window. Separate plan-change charges and later renewals are not included in this guarantee.

Subscriptions are charged at checkout and renew monthly until canceled. Ordinary cancellation stops future renewals and preserves access until the end of the paid period; it does not automatically issue a refund. Outside the guarantee, used periods and partial months are generally non-refundable. We will correct duplicate, incorrect or post-effective-cancellation charges. If a material failure of the purchased service prevents its use and we cannot resolve it, we will refund the affected unprovided period. We may grant additional goodwill refunds.

Request a refund through your in-account Support Center or support@lit-ams.com with your account email and charge date; never send a full card number. We aim to respond within two business days and initiate approved refunds within five business days after approval. Refunds return to the original payment method; your bank determines when the credit appears. A request received within the window remains eligible if processed later.

When approving a guarantee refund, we will stop future renewals and confirm when paid access ends; your free account and retained data remain subject to our account and retention terms. Partial or earlier-period refunds do not automatically cancel another paid period. Open bank disputes are handled through that process to avoid duplicate reimbursement. A signed Enterprise agreement may provide different terms disclosed before payment. Nothing here limits non-waivable legal rights or applicable payment-network rights.
